The right of psychiatric social workers to practice psychotherapy

Abstract

Contends that the role of psychiatric social workers as psychotherapists should be recognized as a matter of right, and that they should have freedom to consult the expert psychiatrist in complicated cases. This will mean proper utilization of the talent available in the country for the benefit of humanity at large.
