I am delighted to invite you to express your interest in joining our Editorial Board or serving as a Guest Editor for a special issue on a topic of your expertise. I am sure, your valuable insights and experience would greatly enhance the development and quality of our journal.

As a member of the editorial board, your responsibilities would include:

• Reviewing submitted papers at least 6 papers in a year.
• Encouraging colleagues and peers to submit high-quality articles.
• Actively promoting the journal by organizing or participating in academic activities e.g. workshops and conferences as an IJPSW representative.
• Assisting in securing subscriptions own or by your library.
• Contributing to the overall improvement of the journal's quality.

You will be expected to adhere strictly to the journal's policies, which will be provided upon mutual acceptance. Initially, your appointment will be for one year or one special issue, with the possibility of an extension based on mutual agreement.
